He has almost 30 years of experience in Financial Service domains and has rich experience and deep understanding of Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity raising, Business Modelling and Investment Management. In his last assignment he was COO of IL&FS Investsmart Limited and he was also Principal Officer for Portfolio Management Services in IL&FS Investsmart Limited.
He has been on panels for the capital markets and SMEs of various professional bodies, chambers and business associations.

Took voluntary retirement to start one of the earliest cyber Security Companies in India and devote time to Entrepreneurship and Financial Markets. Has set up, invested in and mentored companies in Hospitality, Real Estate tech, Electric Mobility and option writing.
He has been studying and investing in the markets since 1983 and has a deep understanding of the Indian Capital Markets. In the Securities Market, finding Pricing-value mismatch and option writing are his special passions and he has used the knowledge to profitable use as proprietary trades.
He has been a regular writer on the matters of Policy, Governance and Finance and is followed widely. His articles have appeared both in English and Hindi in Indian Express, Financial Chronicle, Outlook Magazine, Dainik Jagaran and Chankya Mantra.

Over the years, he has built deep experience across capital msarkets, corporate finance, and strategic planning, having worked with reputed global organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Mitsui OSK Lines, and Solstad Shipping. His international assignments in the United States and the Middle East have further enhanced his ability to navigate global financial markets and compliance environments. He is instrumental in structuring equity and debt transactions, managing relationships with investors, and aligning financial operations with long-term business goals.
Over 9 years of experience in Capital Market, Investment Banking, Business Valuation and Financial Modeling, with good understanding of financial numbers and various investment products, he has been instrumental in creating business model and valuations.
He has expertise in handling critical projects within deadline. He has rich experience as a Research Analyst in PMS Services and before joining Acepro he has worked with organization like Kotak Securities, Kredent Capital and Majortrend Capital in various capacities.
